You want to connect your customers to your corporate story and bring your added value and corporate values to life. Success is based on a strong feeling of customer intimacy. You want your customers to discover, tell and share their own personal customer stories to inspire others. You want your customer story to be supported by many personal customer stories of value and about values.
One of the specific aspects of storytelling that is becoming increasingly important is: creating ambassadors who continually spread the story of your company. For this, we have developed a customized workshops program of 1-2-3 workshops.
The ambassador program consists of 3 sessions of 4 hours each. This set-up is essential to connect customers around the story. Furthermore, with a specific assignment, the ambassador program focuses on retrieving “customer stories” from the organization. These new stories are important to inspire organization and brand with an outside customer perspective.

In this workshop, you will learn how to define your customer story step by step and to further develop it with storytelling. No conventional marketing spiel, no abstract theories, just an inspiring programme with relevant examples and concrete tips to help strengthen your brand story.
